Anxiety can have some really nasty effects on your mental and your physical health. That anxiety can lead to and share symptoms with stress, depression, and other mental health battles.
Thankfully, utilizing affirmations and changing your mindset can lessen some of those symptoms. It can feel kind of silly to look at yourself in the mirror and say a bunch of phrases about yourself out loud but I promise, it helps.
